B-Alanine comes from the non-essential amino acid Alanine, well known to all athletes who perform strength and endurance training. The main benefits of Beta-Alanine are related to the elevation of carnosine in skeletal muscle, which is why this amino acid is increasingly used in the fitness world.

AAKG and Citrulline
Citrulline Malate is a supplement made up of the non-essential amino acid citrulline and malic acid in the form of its malate anion. The union of both forms a supplement that is increasingly used by athletes, as it happens with AAKG which is a compound formed by the amino acid arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate acid. Citrulline is converted into arginine which is a precursor of nitric oxide.
